One of Maryland�s most pleasant surprises. An extremely talented former walk-on who earned a scholarship through her hard work in the gym and the classroom. Expected to contribute in all events this season.
1997:Competed in all of Maryland�s meets and finished ninth in all-around competition at the EAGL championships with a 38.4, marking her best all-around score of the season. Placed among the top 50 competitors at the EAGL in all events and was one of four Terrapins to take part in the NCAA Southeast Regionals. At the NCAA�s, she again finished in the top 50 for all four events and placed 25th overall. Her second best performance of the season came against Pittsburgh, New Hampshire, and Bowling Green where she scored a 38.125 and a 9.35 or higher in each event.
1996: Competed in every Terrapin meet on the vault and floor. Showed much improvement from the previous year after getting some experience under her belt.
